Step into the role of AWS Connect Engineer in Toronto, championing our cloud contact center transformation. Your expertise will shape the implementation of Amazon Connect solutions, boosting customer experiences with AI capabilities.
This full-time position involves collaborating with architects and stakeholders to design and build integrations between Amazon Connect and enterprise systems. The role requires you to be present in the Toronto office 2-3 days a week, where you'll also mentor team members on Amazon Connect best practices while troubleshooting system issues.
Key Responsibilities:
