As a recreation therapy aide, you will support daily activities by assessing residents and implementing tailored recreational programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and report assessment data for residents
• Implement group and individual therapeutic recreation plans




• Lead programs while managing risks and ensuring safety
• Keep accurate documentation of resident progress

Requirements:
• Must have Recreation Therapy or Health Care Aide certification
• 1-3 years of experience in senior care settings
• Valid Class 4 driver’s license and immunization records
• Recent Criminal Reference Check required
