As part of the Geotechnical team at EXP, you will be responsible for executing essential tests that support various construction projects. Your role will entail both fieldwork and laboratory tasks, allowing you to sharpen your technical skills and client-facing capabilities. You will play a crucial part in addressing the quality assurance needs of contractors through effective sampling and testing.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct on-site concrete tests including casting and air content • Execute soil compaction assessments at job sites • Perform soil and asphalt sampling efficiently • Engage in lab testing processes like gradation and proctor analysis • Maintain proactive communication with contractors for testing support

Requirements: • 2-5 years of experience in related testing fields • Excellent interpersonal skills with clear English communication • Diploma in Civil Technology or similar background • Must hold a valid Canadian driver’s license • Preferred: CCIL or ACI Certification
