Our daughter is 16 months old—she's curious, active, and a lot of fun.**The Role**Our daughter typically attends daycare, but we are looking for a go-to person for on-call and as-needed support. This includes:Daycare closures or snow days.Care when she is mildly ill and cannot attend daycare.Occasional weekend care.Important: Weekday needs can arise with short notice (sometimes only a few hours), while weekends usually have more lead time.**Requirements & Logistics**We want to be transparent about our needs to ensure a valuable fit. Please only inquire if the following works for you:Location: You are able and willing to travel to the Jane/Bloor area. We are about a 10 minute walk from Jane subway station.Commitment: You acknowledge this is a part-time, as-needed role rather than a set schedule. We need someone comfortable taking the lead with our daughter's routines while we are in our home offices.Pets: We have two low-maintenance cats. They don't require care, but they will be in the house! You can give them attention if you want, or you can ignore them.
