At PointClickCare, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to report to the Manager of Accounts Receivable. This position will focus on contacting overdue accounts and managing collections in a strategic portfolio. The successful candidate will thrive in a high-volume finance workplace, utilizing strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact overdue accounts within assigned customer portfolio • Manage collection of outstanding balances promptly • Build relationships with internal stakeholders • Perform account reconciliations accurately • Demonstrate attention to detail in financial processes
