This role is crucial for advancing MLSE Foundation’s mission, focusing on a major gifts pipeline between $25K and $100K. You will support leadership ambassadors, develop tailored donor proposals, and facilitate high-value donor meetings to cultivate lasting relationships. Your work will directly contribute to achieving the annual $4.5M Major Gifts goal.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage a $1M major gift portfolio and ensure donor engagement • Prepare leadership for high-value donor meetings and solicitations • Create tailored donor communications and proposals • Lead data management practices within Salesforce CRM • Coordinate donor experiences and engagement strategies

Requirements: • 3–5 years in fundraising or donor relations • Exceptional writing and communication skills • Experience managing major gift prospects • Robust relationship-building abilities with high-net-worth individuals • Proven expertise with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
