In the role of Business Analyst, you will provide valuable insights into quality control and operational performance at Norsat. Your key tasks will range from data analysis for identifying quality trends to coordinating supplier evaluations. Successful candidates will demonstrate their ability to implement continuous improvements and support compliance initiatives that meet high industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute root cause investigations for quality concerns • Analyze production data and trends for improvements • Support regulatory compliance and quality initiatives • Prepare documentation for compliance reviews and follow-ups • Monitor calibration schedules for testing equipment
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 5 years of equivalent experience • At least 2 years in quality assurance roles • Familiar with operational improvement strategies • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles • Strong analytical and communication capabilities
