As a key member of ARCO/Murray International Construction, the Traveling Superintendent leads ground-up projects while focusing on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Candidates will leverage their extensive construction knowledge to oversee all aspects of administrative and in office tasks from day one, working closely with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead meetings for project handoffs and planning
• Develop schedules with project managers
• Control projects to meet efficiency and budget goals
• Supervise subcontractors for coordinated progress
• Record and report daily project activities
Requirements:
• 5-25 years of construction experience required
• Minimum 5 years as a lead superintendent
• Competency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Current driver’s license necessary
• Strong commitment to safety principles
