Candidates should hold a British Columbia Security license and Advanced Security Training Certificate. Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce security and access control protocols
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid
• Conduct thorough patrols of the shopping centre
• Document incidents and maintain logs accurately
• De-escalate conflicts and prevent trespassing incidents
Requirements:
• Possession of a valid BC Security license
• Minimum of one year in security roles
• Mandatory Advanced Security Training Certificate
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
