In this key position reporting to the Manager of Brand, Digital and Events, you will manage impactful events that foster community and alumni engagement. The role requires creativity, negotiation skills, and a strong attention to detail to ensure events are executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will encapsulate managing event logistics, timelines, and vendor relations while collaborating closely with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage the yearly calendar for School events • Organize pre- and post-event evaluations • Negotiate with vendors for event services • Coordinate in office logistics during events • Supervise a small team of event coordinators

Requirements: • University degree in management or communications • 3 years’ experience in event management • Bilingual proficiency in English and French • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficient in event management software
