Overview:

Allied Universal is currently hiring experienced

Security Professional – Pharmaceutical Site Guard

for a high-profile pharmaceutical client in

Mississauga, ON.

The ideal candidate is a polished and reliable professional with

strong communication skills,

the ability to work

rotating continental shifts , and experience in

controlled-access or sensitive environments . This role requires a

high level of professionalism,

attention to detail,

and the

ability to respond effectively in dynamic situations .

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor access control systems and CCTV

Conduct regular foot patrols of the facility





Maintain a strong security presence in a high-profile environment

Communicate professionally

with site personnel, management, and security teams

Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and efficient manner

Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate logs

Ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent site coverage

Perform site inspections to uphold strict security standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant work experience

1–2 years of experience in a hospital, corporate office, or similar high-security environment

Must be eligible to work full time (40 hours per week) in Canada

Valid Ontario Security Guard License

Must have First Aid & CPR

Experience with

CCTV monitoring and access control systems

Proficient in

Microsoft Office and general computer use

Physically able to perform extended foot patrols (indoor and outdoor)

Capable of standing/walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 15 kg

Strong communication and customer service skills
