Step into a pivotal role as the Practice Intelligence, Quality, and Foresight Lead at Alberta College of Pharmacy. This position emphasizes quality improvement and regulatory insights for diverse pharmacy practices.

As the lead, you will report directly to the Deputy Registrar, spearheading initiatives that assess and enhance pharmacy quality and safety. Your analytical acumen will translate public and system pressures into actionable insights, establishing key performance metrics for pharmacy practice. You will partner with pharmacy consultants to identify risks and improve practices across Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee development of quality improvement initiatives • Validate performance metrics for continual quality enhancement • Analyze and oversee pharmacy practice risks • Develop actionable insights based on practice intelligence • Assess future pharmacy service models for innovation

Requirements: • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or equivalent • 5-7 years of pharmacy practice experience • Proven skills in analytics and knowledge translation • Familiarity with pharmacy laws and quality standards • Preferred project management experience
