You will lead end-to-end design from needs analysis to content development and impact measurement, with a strong emphasis on e-learning and up-to-date learning technologies. You will work with stakeholders to design materials, evaluate effectiveness, and promote programs. Proficiency in French and English, plus experience with Articulate 360, LMS, and AI-enabled
