In this vital position, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop the Council Strategic Plan and Corporate Business Plan. Your expertise in business planning and performance measurement will be crucial in engaging stakeholders while fostering a results-oriented mindset. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for strategic excellence and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the facilitation prep for strategic and business plans
• Lead working groups on priority initiatives impacting corporate goals
• Advise on corporate service frameworks and performance measures




• Develop an ongoing system of corporate performance indicators
• Manage special projects and policy documentation for accessibility
Requirements:
• Degree in commerce, public administration, or related field
• 3+ years in strategic/budget planning and business process
• Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience in report writing and strategic evaluations
• Proficiency in Office 365 and skills in process mapping tools
