To learn more about us, visit theCarlson Construction Group .The OpportunityCarlson Construction Group, in conjunction with its subsidiary, Brymark Installations, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HSE Administrator to support one of our exciting project sites in North Vancouver. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining our strong safety culture while contributing to a major project in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.This is a full-time, fixed-term 9 month contract position with the possibility of extension. The role follows a 10-days-on / 4-days-off rotation, with 10-hour workdays, and is based locally in North Vancouver, BC.As a key member of the project team, you will provide administrative support to the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) function, helping ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and project-specific safety programs while promoting a positive and proactive safety culture across the site.About the RoleThe HSE Administrator plays a critical role in supporting compliance, documentation, and overall health, safety, and environmental performance on site. This position will support a project being delivered by Carlson Construction Group in conjunction with its subsidiary, Brymark Installations.You will work closely with the on-site HSE team, project leadership,



and Human Resources to help ensure safe operations, regulatory compliance, and efficient project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and track accident, incident, injury, and safety statistics, including violations and corrective actionsReview safety documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, providing feedback as requiredTrack and monitor safety training and certifications for employees and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with all required HSE documentation, procedures, and regulatory requirementsNotify management of any issues that may impact safety performance or project operationsSupport HSE Managers and collaborate with Human Resources on safety-related initiativesPromote and uphold all Carlson Construction Group and Brymark Installations HSE policies, procedures, and standardsParticipate in site activities, inspections, meetings, and safety planning initiativesAssist with audits, claims management, injury files, and return-to-work documentationPrepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondenceSupport client HSE documentation requirements and contractor prequalification submissionsPrioritize competing demands effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentMaintain confidential departmental, employee, and project recordsPerform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, data entry,
