Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in digital product management
- Extensive experience working on AI-driven products
- Strong knowledge of AI, Generative AI, and machine learning concepts and technologies
- Strong understanding of the development, deployment, and scaling of AI products
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis
- Proven product roadmap creation and delivery experience
- Exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management skills (technology, data, product, sales, frontline teams, etc.)
- Robust ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

- Experience working with generative AI technologies
- Experience with AWS Bedrock
- Previous experience in retail environments, particularly frontline employee platform

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Product Owner to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of our AI and Generative AI product portfolio. In this role, you will shape the vision, define the roadmap, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will combine deep AI product expertise with robust business acumen to champion responsible, scalable, and high-impact AI adoption across the organization.





Key Responsibilities

- Product Strategy and Vision

Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for multiple generative AI applications, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and market demand.

Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technological feasibility.

- Backlog Ownership & Agile Delivery Leadership

Own and maintain the product backlog, including defining epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria tailored for AI and data teams.

- Data Readiness & Model Enablement

Collaborate with partners to identify new data sources and perform data gap analyses required to support AI products.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Generative AI initiatives.

Ensure all AI initiatives adhere to responsible AI frameworks, model governance standards, security, and compliance requirements.

Leverage technical knowledge, subject matter expertise, and industry trends to make sound decisions and influence business direction through data-driven analysis.
