JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will partner closely with cross functional teams to analyze data across key areas of the business, including product performance, inventory, revenue, customer insights, and marketing. Your work will help shape business decisions, optimize performance, and support continued growth.

You will be responsible for transforming data from multiple sources into clear, meaningful insights, building models, and delivering reporting that informs strategy. Success in this role comes from solid analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights in a way that drives action.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Technology, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role working with large datasets

- Strong experience with Power BI and Power Query

- Advanced Excel skills

- Intermediate proficiency in Python or R

-Experience or interest in AI tools and application

-Master's degree from Laurier, Queens, Ivey or Rotman
