Key Responsibilities:
• Lead group and one-on-one exercise sessions • Motivate residents to achieve treatment objectives • Document therapy sessions and progress diligently • Aid residents in walking, sitting, and transferring safely • Conduct treatments, including ultrasound therapy and hydrotherapy
Requirements: • Graduate of a Physiotherapy Assistant program or similar • Capable of multitasking and thriving under pressure • Excellent interpersonal skills with elderly patients • Background in Long Term Care is preferred • Valid police check for Vulnerable Sector is a must
