The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project financing, particularly within the renewable energy, hydrogen, clean tech, utilities, infrastructure, or adjacent capital-intensive sectors. Key responsibilities for the CFO include owning the long-term financial strategy, forecasting, and capital planning, as well as leading the negotiation, structuring, and execution of various project financing deals. The CFO will also be responsible for optimizing the company's capital structure, managing financial risk,



and overseeing all financial operations and governance to support the company's rapid growth.The successful CFO will be a seasoned finance leader with a proven track record in raising or structuring significant project capital packages. They must be adept at building and leading high-performing finance teams, and be comfortable operating in early-growth environments while maintaining financial discipline. A calm, steady executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders are essential. The role requires a strategic thinker who values transparency, collaboration, and disciplined execution, and is comfortable building structure in an entrepreneurial setting.
