In this position, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while ensuring all food is prepared and served expertly. As a Shift Manager, you will lead a team of Sandwich Artists™, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and beautiful service environment. Your ability to manage schedules and train staff will be essential in achieving operational success.

Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 1 year restaurant experience necessary • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work versatile shifts, including evenings and weekends • Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds when necessary
