Engage young talents as a part time Specialized Program Instructor in Drama with the City of Burlington. This role involves leading creative drama programs for youth aged 4-17 at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre.

From September 2026 to August 2027, this position offers up to 27 hours weekly under the guidance of the Artistic Supervisor. You will create a safe, productive, and entertaining atmosphere that empowers children to improve their acting, improvisation, and storytelling skills. Help shape their confidence and creativity in theater arts.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement drama-based learning sessions • Collaborate effectively with fellow artistic staff • Ensure a positive and secure environment for participants • Guide performance skills development during rehearsals • Assist in various productions and events

Requirements: • Background in drama or theatre education • Strong passion for youth engagement and mentorship • Effective communication skills for instruction • Flexible with changing work locations • Ability to handle seasonal program variations
