Our client, a rapidly growing construction materials firm in Surrey, BC, is expanding its Division 8/10 (Doors & Hardware) operations and is seeking a Project Coordinator to support delivery of door, frame, and hardware packages and grow into a Project Manager role within 6–12 months.Key Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day delivery of doors, frames, and hardware packages with a focus on quality, schedule, and cost.- Assist with takeoffs, submittals, hardware schedules, shop drawings, and closeout documentation.- Coordinate POs, deliveries, site access, installations, and deficiency tracking.- Maintain project trackers, RFI logs, change orders, and documentation control.- Communicate proactively with vendors, site teams, and general contractors to resolve issues.- Interpret specifications, door schedules, and architectural drawings.- Learn and apply relevant standards and codes (e.G., NFPA 80, IBC, accessibility requirements).- Progress to independently managing small-to-mid-sized projects.Ideal Candidate Requirements:- 1–3 years in construction project coordination, estimating,
