Key Responsibilities:
• Operate any station on the cooking line
• Supervise 2nd Cooks and other kitchen staff
• Ensure cleanliness of workstations at all times
• Create and document accurate recipes
• Strive for excellence in guest service continually
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of culinary experience
• Valid Food Safe Certification required
• Red Seal Certification is an advantage
• Strong leadership abilities needed
• Advanced skills in knife techniques required
