Job Description

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows for RSA Archer SaaS .
- Support the design and configuration of Archer applications, including workflows, questionnaires, data models, and reporting.
- Develop and execute test cases, support SIT/UAT , defect tracking, and QA activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams on test strategy, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release support.
- Create and maintain BRDs, FSDs, data mappings, user guides, test plans, and test results.
- Develop dashboards and reports for risk, audit, and compliance stakeholders.




- Support Agile delivery and enterprise GRC transformation initiatives.

Required Skills:

- 3 7+ years of Business Analyst experience with RSA Archer .
- Experience with Archer Evolv .
- Solid knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes.
- Hands-on experience in QA, test planning, UAT, and defect management.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of Archer modules such as Operational Risk, IT Risk, TPRM, or Audit Management.
- Experience with APIs, ETL, data mapping, and regulatory frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR, OSFI) is a plus.
