Key Responsibilities:



• Implement and manage quality initiatives across clinical programs • Review clinical protocols along with educational materials • Develop quality-focused policies and procedures • Collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery • Analyze data for ongoing operational improvement

Requirements: • Minimum five years in health services focused on quality management • Valid CRNM registration mandatory • Master’s of Nursing is an asset • Proven communication and analytic skills • Leadership experience is preferred
