As a critical part of the SanMar Canada team, your role as a Machine Operator involves accurately picking customer orders and ensuring efficient operations. With previous warehouse experience preferred, you will thrive in a busy environment that values your input and fosters growth. This position offers ongoing training and development opportunities in a team-oriented workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed picking accuracy targets
• Maintain clean and organized picking aisles
• Report product discrepancies to the replenishment team
• Complete daily machine checklists and monitor supply levels
• Participate in inventory cycle counts as required
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset
• Class 2 MHE Narrow Aisle certification preferred
• Ability to count quickly and recognize products
• Must lift up to 50lbs and work at heights
