DMC Recruitment Group is seeking a Design Manager for roof trusses and engineered floor systems in Alberta, with location options Edmonton or Calgary. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing manufacturing setting.

You will lead the design team, manage workloads, ensure code compliance, mentor designers, and collaborate with Sales, Estimating and Production to deliver projects on time.
