Job Summary Digital Solutions within Information Technology Services ( ITS ) enables and supports enterprise digital platforms that advance Dalhousie University’s academic, research, and administrative priorities. Reporting to the Director, Digital Solutions, the Product Manager, Adoption & Enablement leads the adoption and effective use of enterprise platforms through training, change management, and user engagement initiatives that maximize platform value and user experience. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the Adoption & Enablement portfolio, aligning training, change management, and user engagement with institutional priorities. Lead and develop a team delivering training, documentation, change management, and adoption services. Partner with Product Managers to drive platform adoption, major rollouts, and upgrades. Champion communities of practice across M365, Atlassian, Web, Reporting, Artificial Intelligence (AI),



and other enterprise platforms. Deliver and continuously improve training, documentation, and self-service resources to support user success. Establish and monitor adoption metrics to measure outcomes, improve services, and inform platform decisions. Note The successful applicant will be eligible for hybrid work (combination of in-person work on campus and remote work from within Nova Scotia) as agreed by all parties based on operational requirements and university guidelines. Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree with seven or more years’ relevant experience in enterprise IT, digital platforms, or technology-enabled transformation environments (or equivalent combination of training and experience). Demonstrated experience designing and delivering technology adoption, training, or change management programs at institutional or organizational scale. Experience developing and maintaining training, documentation, or knowledge management resources for diverse, non-technical audiences. Experience supervising or leading adoption, enablement, or training professionals, or similar roles. Experience building or facilitating stakeholder engagement, user community programs, or structured change initiatives across a complex, multi-audience setting. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, with demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels across a complex institution. Assets Hands-on experience with Atlassian and M365, including their AI tools (Rovo,Copilot). Experience in higher education or similarly complex multi-stakeholder environments. Professional certifications related to training ,change management, instruction, or project management.
