This full-time role is essential for ensuring a high-functioning, safety-first maintenance operation.As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team while maintaining an productive workflow within the mill. Your responsibilities include planning and executing maintenance schedules, promoting a strong safety culture, and collaborating with various teams to enhance productivity and reduce costs. - Lead and develop the maintenance team through effective coaching
- Execute predictive maintenance and reliability initiatives

- Manage CMMS for asset and work order efficiency
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve mill objectivesRequirements:
- Certified Millwright or equivalent with over 5 years' experience
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance
