Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals within their home and community
• Use communication methods to share information




• Assist in developing and achieving personal goals
• Provide necessary personal care, including transfers
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and reporting
Requirements:
• Completion of a relevant diploma or certificate
• Related experience in human services
• Skill in ASL or SEE communication
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle access
• Ability to lift occasionally between 35-50 lbs
