Key Responsibilities: • Partner with retail leaders to implement HR strategies • Lead recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience • Facilitate employee meetings and performance discussions • Develop and implement talent and development programs • Analyze and present HR metrics for continuous improvement

Requirements: • 7-10 years in HR Business Partner experience • Bilingual in English and Mandarin • Strong understanding of labor legislation in Canada • Proven recruitment and talent acquisition expertise • Familiarity with HRIS such as Workday
