Take on a crucial role as a Senior Regulatory Analyst at FSRA, where you will influence financial safety and fairness across Ontario. Your expertise in risk management and compliance will be key in protecting consumers.
In this position at FSRA, you'll develop and oversee regulatory responsibilities aligned with the Credit Unions and Insurance Acts. This senior analyst role requires critical evaluation of regulatory submissions and financial performance, facilitating the communication of guidelines to stakeholders. You will also play an essential role in risk management and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and evaluate regulatory submissions thoroughly
• Analyze financial performance and identify compliance risks




• Develop and disseminate regulatory communications
• Support departmental projects on regulatory affairs
• Conduct presentations and webinars for stakeholders
Requirements:
• University degree in finance, business, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant financial role
• Robust knowledge of FSRA and related Acts
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Technical proficiency in data analysis is an asset
