We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems in residential properties. Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures. Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing equipment. Respond to emergency repairs, leaks, and drainage problems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Maintain detailed service records and reports. What Were Looking For:

Experience in plumbing, or mechanical systems. HVAC experience is an asset. Knowledge of heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and plumbing systems. Robust troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Valid drivers license and ability to be on-call for emergencies. HVAC or plumbing certifications are a plus. Working Conditions:
