This full time position works closely with the Director of Advancement and requires a minimum of three years’ experience in fundraising. Ideal candidates will be relationship-focused, culturally aware, and skilled at engaging a variety of stakeholders including parents, alumni, and community members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and cultivate new major donors
• Build engagement strategies for existing supporters
• Schedule and conduct personal donor meetings
• Manage reporting and recognition for donor contributions
• Support the development of multi-year fundraising plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Three years of progressive fundraising experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT or similar
• Strong understanding of cultural influences in philanthropy
