This casual position reports to the Supervisor of Community Programs, focusing on accommodating individuals with physical, cognitive, and developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities include preparing materials, assisting participants with daily needs, and managing administrative tasks. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring adherence to service standards while promoting engagement in various programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support participants in daily engagement and needs
• Prepare materials and lesson plans for activities




• Assist in verifying participant profiles for accuracy
• Manage attendance and related administrative activities
• Report incidents immediately to supervisors
Requirements:
• One year of related experience in support roles
• Current Intermediate First Aid and CPR-C certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
