We invite you to join Sensity as an Intervenor, focusing on aiding the deafblind community. This part-time role requires 20-24 hours weekly, with a rotational schedule spanning days, evenings, and weekends. In this position, you will work closely with individuals to support their communication needs, personal care tasks, and daily activities, making a meaningful difference in their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote effective communication for clients
• Support clients with personal care needs
• Facilitate participation in daily activities
• Develop and document individual goals
• Assist with recent program development
Requirements:
• Relevant college diploma or certificate
• Experience with developmental and mental health support
• ASL or SEE communication proficiency
• Required driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication in English
