Your role will involve creating project scopes, preparing estimates, and identifying opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project scope of work for subcontractor efficiency
• Complete estimates utilizing company estimating software
• Oversee preparation of preliminary schedules
• Quantify labor, equipment, and material costs effectively
• Analyze bids for completeness and accuracy
Requirements:
• Completed construction degree or diploma
• 7+ years of relevant construction experience
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Primavera, and Excel
• Knowledge of On-screen Takeoff preferable
• Solid leadership and mentorship abilities
