As a Group Fitness Instructor at Movati, you directly report to the Group Fitness Manager and play a crucial role in motivating our members. You will provide top-notch instruction while adapting your methods to cater to all fitness levels. Your focus will be on fostering relationships and delivering memorable experiences that align with our commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct agile Pilates classes for members of all fitness levels
• Ensure adherence to standardized training methods and techniques




• Build lasting relationships with members for enhanced engagement
• Start and end classes on time while maintaining consistency
• Gather and share feedback to improve class offerings
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year in Group Fitness instruction
• Nationally recognized Fitness Certification required
• Additional certifications in specialized classes are an asset
• Health and nutrition certifications are beneficial
