Key Responsibilities:



• Lead investigations of non-conformances in production • Drive customer field failure analysis and corrective actions • Facilitate CAPA and root-cause analysis efforts • Develop and manage supplier scorecards • Monitor quality performance with Power BI dashboards

Requirements: • 8+ years in quality systems in high-tech manufacturing • Strong expertise in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools • Knowledge of regulatory compliance programs • Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
