Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Support application development, enhancement, testing, and implementation.
- Create process diagrams, workflow documentation, and system specifications.
- Participate in UAT and coordinate issue resolution.
- Analyze system issues and work with technical teams to identify solutions.
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL where required.
- Track requirements, defects, and project deliverables.
- Support production releases and post-implementation activities.




- Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, automation, and user experience.

Required Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and business applications.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications.
