Open Point is seeking a Customer Success Manager for North America. Based in Canada with remote work, you will own retention, renewals and expansions with government and infrastructure clients across North America. You will champion customer value, drive adoption, and collaborate with teams to meet client outcomes. The role requires 3–5 years in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS setting, plus strong CRM tools experience (Salesforce, HubSpot) and excellent communication skills.
