You will play a critical role in coaching managers and addressing HR challenges, all while supporting the organizational growth ambitions of Westland. Key Responsibilities:
• Coach managers on attendance and performance issues
• Establish relationships to enhance employee engagement
• Use metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate on various P&P; projects
• Address employee concerns in partnership with People Relations
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in a similar HR role
• Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Robust knowledge of employment law
• Preferred retail, hospitality, or insurance industry background
• Bilingual (English/French) skills are highly regarded
