Requirements

- Provide product support directly to major mining customers
- Support product performance improvement and customer relationship strengthening
- Work at active mine sites, maintenance facilities and industrial locations
- Troubleshoot crawler undercarriage systems and components in field environments
- Convert field data into practical recommendations
- Prepare clear and skilled technical reports
- Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, quality and manufacturing teams
- Deliver technical training and presentations
- Perform inspections around large earthmoving machinery
- Support the development of ITM’s future undercarriage solutions
- Travel regularly to customer, distributor and remote mine-site locations
- Work rotational 14-on/14-off shifts, including extended 12-hour days when necessary
