The Office of General Counsel at BDO is in search of a detail-oriented Contract Manager to support our Commercial Contracting practice. This role focuses on the review, analysis, and negotiation of various commercial contracts. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual terms while improving our management processes and supporting reporting metrics.

Key Responsibilities: • Review and analyze engagement letters, MSAs, NDAs,



and RFPs • Collaborate with internal teams for successful contract outcomes • Guide internal clients on contract inquiries and risks • Assist in leading contract negotiations • Support development and maintenance of templates and guidelines

Requirements: • Minimum of 8 years in contract management support • Robust grasp of commercial contract terms • Proven experience managing workflows and improving processes • Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with CLM tool experience
