This position reports to the Enterprise Content Manager and requires someone with at least two years of experience in minute-taking within a First Nation or similar government setting. The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 education or equivalent and a background working with Indigenous communities is an asset. In addition, you'll manage confidential records and provide essential support for various council meetings.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare agendas, materials,
and minutes for various meetings • Summarize membership meeting highlights for quarterly reports • Schedule and coordinate council meetings and appointments • Distribute approved minutes and WFN policies • File all documents electronically on Laserfiche
Requirements: • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent educational background • 2 years of experience in minute-taking in a related setting • Criminal Record Check must be acceptable to WFN • Robust organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
