Join GrizzlyTrek as an Excavator and Dozer Operator in Grande Prairie, Alberta. This full-time role offers competitive pay and a $170 per day Living Out Allowance on a 3 weeks on, 1 week off rotation.
We are seeking experienced operators for underground telecommunications construction with a focus on conduit installation. Candidates must possess verifiable telecommunications construction experience and proficiency on winch cats, dozers, and excavators. Ensure protected and accurate operation in various terrains while meeting project specifications and depth requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate winch cat, dozer, and excavator for conduit installation
• Use cable plow and trencher to install conduit
• Winch equipment through challenging terrains like muskeg




• Dig, bed, lay, and backfill conduit runs
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and participate in safety meetings
Requirements:
• Proven telecommunications construction experience
• Seat time on winch cat, dozer, and excavator
• Valid Class 5 licence and clean driver's abstract
• Current safety certifications: CSTS, Ground Disturbance, H2S Alive
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests
