This permanent, full time position engages an experienced leader passionate about Indigenous governance. The ideal applicant will oversee a diverse portfolio, including environmental monitoring, community engagement, and the management of natural resources. Your strategic leadership will shape initiatives that protect and advance First Nations rights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for the Lands & Resources Department
• Manage budgets, reports, and departmental activities
• Supervise staff and support field operations initiatives




• Coordinate consultation responses and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee resource management and environmental programs
Requirements:
• Degree in Indigenous Governance or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in resource management
• 3+ years in supervisory roles
• Familiarity with Indigenous consultation processes
• Strong project management and communication skills
