We are currently looking for a dedicated Laser Punch Assistant to support our Punching Department. You will assist with daily operations, load/unload materials, and conduct quality checks using measuring tools. This is a unique opportunity to enhance your skills in a supporting role within the manufacturing field.

Key Responsibilities: • Support daily activities of Laser/Punch Operators • Load and unload materials and finished parts • Conduct basic quality inspections with tools • Prepare parts for the next production phase • Organize work areas according to 6S principles

Requirements: • Previous manufacturing experience is an asset • Basic understanding of work instructions and drawings • Detail-oriented and committed to producing quality • Willingness to learn about CNC laser and punching • Must have CSA-approved steel-toe boots
