Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive communication and engagement strategies
• Supervise and guide Communication Services department staff
• Oversee planning and implementation of communication projects




• Address emergent issues with strategic communication
• Create and review communication materials and tools
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Communications or Public Relations
• 5+ years of experience in communications; 3+ in public service
• Strong interpersonal and public relations skills
• Proficient with MS Office and relevant tools
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory Criminal Record Check
