In this role, you will guide the implementation of behavioural support services and address the needs of individuals encountering challenging behaviours. Working alongside staff and families, you’ll develop and review plans while fostering an setting of continuous improvement and training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to develop and implement behavioural support strategies • Conduct training and performance management for staff • Support relationships with community professionals and families • Observe and monitor the implementation of support plans • Provide insights during regular team and behavioural meetings
Requirements: • Relevant diploma or Master’s degree in progress in applicable field • Background in working with adults with disabilities required • Knowledge of Applied Behavioural Analysis methodologies • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Valid driver's license and current Vulnerable Sector check
